On May 29th, our 6th Grade International Baccalaureate students did a STEM activity where they flew planes today. Students designed their own paper planes and had test flights. After each test flight, they were able to make adjustments to their planes. After designing and experimenting, students summarized their findings and decided upon what they would change with their design to improve their planes. Congratulations to Solomon Carswell, who won with a 47 foot flight, and Jayde Manigo, whose plane flew for 41 feet.
