Faculty & Staff Spotlight: Liandra Davis

I received my undergraduate degree in History from North Carolina Central University, and my Masters in School Administration from North Carolina State University. I started teaching in 2005 in Vance County, NC, and have always taught on the Middle School level. Presently, I teach 7th grade Social Studies, and a 7-8th grade AVID class. I became an educator because there is no greater platform to inspire, mentor, and help children reach their potential than the field of education. I am the proud mother of eight children. My hobbies are reading, singing, and swimming, and I can get totally lazy on a good beach. I love to encourage people with a word of inspiration and motivation, and I believe in the power of Hope.
